A Pennsylvania man is facing serious criminal charges after allegedly shooting a man who was sleeping with his mother in a truck outside their home.
Saturday, Oct. 18, Dylan Lang, 24, was arrested and charged in the death of Robert Edward Hagen Hagen, Jr., 55, according to the Pennsylvania State Police, which is leading the investigation.
Lang is charged with one count of criminal homicide, one count of aggravated assault as a second-degree felony and one count of endangering another person as a second-degree misdemeanor, according to second-degree court records, online
He remains held at the Cambria County Jail without bond.
The fatal incident occurred at approximately 3:45 am on Oct. 18, when police responded to a call about a shooting at a residence in Gackson Township and found a deceased person inside a truck.
The man’s pants were around his ankles and the driver’s side door was open, according to the affidavit.
The rear driver’s side window was blown out.
According to the affidavit, Hagen, Lang’s mother and sister were said to have been drinking before returning home.

Lang’s sister went into the house but her mother stayed in the truck with Hagen, where they had sex.
The affidavit said Lang became angry when he saw his mother and Hagen having sex in Hagen’s truck.
Lang’s mother, Angela Langham, said Lang went out to the truck and “met them” with a flashlight attached to the gun, with Lang “yelling Hagen to accept it,” Hagen said.
Hagen followed and got back into the driver’s seat. It is said that Lang tried to shorten the nozzle of the gun through the window on the driver’s side but it did not work because the window was not far enough.
When Langham motioned for his son to stop, he allegedly hit the driver’s side rear window and fired his 9 mm handgun twice into the back of Hagen’s seat, striking him in the upper torso. Hagen tried to recover the truck from the driveway but when he fell unconscious, he landed in the front yard.
Langham stopped the truck by pulling Hagen’s leg off the gas pedal and pressing the brake pedal with his hand.
When she asked her son to call 911, she allegedly asked him, “Why?” He replied, “Shoot him!”
Lang called 911 and said, “I just shot someone in my street.” When asked what happened, Lang is said to have replied, “He was here f
When asked how many shots he fired, Lang allegedly replied “two shots,” before saying, “I aimed for someone. That was outside of the person.”
He said he was upset that Hagen and his mother had been ‘rebellious’ for the past few days.
Lang is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Oct. 27. It is not clear whether you have retained a lawyer to speak with.
