SIA files not up to date due to his alleged drug use, says he has been investigated for child porn

In new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Sia’s ex-husband Daniel Bernard asks the judge about the custody of one two-year-old, Somersault Wonder BernardIt is alleged that he is a “great and immediate danger” to their son, but Sia says that he has already been banned from visiting because of the child investigation.
In the papers, Daniel says, “Sia is an inappropriate and unfaithful parent who struggles with drug abuse and Summi’s safe habit. I am the only safe and reliable parent of our son. I am a doctor, healthy, and an alcoholic.”
Daniel wants Sia to submit to random and routine drug testing … and asks that she be limited to 2 per 2 hour supervised visits 3 times a week.
According to Daniel, Sia deliberately hid her hospital stay in Lal for two weeks, and she was tested positive for barbittibiakepines, which she did not have a legal prescription for. He also says that he should hide his child and not visit him. All these things allegedly happened in September.
In addition to making ends meet, Daniel also asks for child support every month for $77,245 a month.
Although he was a pharmacist when they first met, Daniel says he was unemployed and has no source of income because sia “ceases all funding” of modern medicine. He says he is financially dependent on money from sia who had a “very successful and long career.”
SIA responded that there was no urgent reason to grant Dan. He says that Summeni has been safe in his cell since he broke up with them, noting that they have agreed that August 2025 will give Dan the most targeted, because he was under investigation by the LAPD and DCFS over his computer. He says he wants to be checked after being told about the investigation.
Dan denies being involved in child porn … and says he believes Sia “planted evidence” to limit her time with their child.
Sia says she understands that the investigation was never closed and now it is closed, but says that doesn’t lessen her concern about Sumfi spending uncontrollable time with her. She is open, however, to extended custody of Dan as long as there is an experienced childcare provider available, such as Dan’s mother or nanny. He says he is not open, however, to a major phase away from their current custody arrangement.
As for her pain, Sia says she has been patient for more than six months, and says she has repeatedly agreed to drug tests for her and Dan, who has refused regular drug tests.
He says it’s true that he suffered from drug abuse 15 years ago, but recovery has been the “stone” of his life.
He says “Dan’s attempt to rehash my past trip … It has no legitimate purpose and is intended to misrepresent the facts and undermine my credibility.”

At the time, Sia listed irreconcilable differences as “the reason for the separation and asked for legal and physical custody of their child. Sia said she was open to visiting Daniel.
Daniel is also fighting with sia over spousal support … a few weeks ago, he he asked the judge to tell him to pay him over $250,000 per month.
This is Sia’s second divorce. Earlier you broke up with him Erik Lang back in 2016 after more than two years of marriage.
