FBI issues multiple search warrants amid Melodee Pullard’s disappearance

The FBI and the sheriff’s office in California Multiple search warrants have been issued this week as a 9-year-old girl remains missing on Friday.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office said its investigation into the disappearance of the melodee buzzard began on Oct. 14 After the school administrator reported his absence. Deputies then responded to her home in Longoc and met her 35-year-old mother, Ashlee Buzzard, but “melodee was not at home, and there is no definite explanation of her whereabouts,” according to the office.
The FBI said Melodee Buzzzle may have been with her mother on a road trip “up to the state of Nebraska” before disappearing.
“Thursday, October 30, 2025, Sheriff’s detectives and the FBI worked following the following warrants at the home of Ashlee and Melodee Buzzz … and the Employment Office of that compassion. “In anticipation of the need to find a place to stay during the search for more time, the detectives escorted Ashlee to another place that was not their ability to search for a complete setup.”

Police say the case remains open Missing Person Investigation and no one had been arrested. The Sheriff’s Office previously described Melodee’s mother as a non-cooperative person who “also called Melodee” a missing person. ”

“As part of this review, detectives are sharing surveillance footage of Melodee at a local car rental business on October 7th. “Investigators believe a wig may have been used to alter her appearance. Investigators also noted that Ashlee is known to wear wigs.”
“Through their ongoing investigation, investigators have narrowed down a rough timeline between October 7th and 2025. Investigators have confirmed that Ashlee was seen returning to her Lompac home on October 7th – But Melodee was not in the car,” the Sheriff’s office said.
“Investigators understand that this three-day trip went from Longoc to the Nebraska area, with the return trip including the state of Kansas. It was the sleeves where Melodee was at that time,” he said.
