The limits of the Constitution that govern the work of immigration are clear, and the Constitution protects citizens from Housen in prison, but with trauma from the body and inclination (snow), this culture), this difference), this is the confusion of people has become dangerous.

According to the Houston Chronicle, the first to stop the morning stop came from a frightening display of violence, which was born by us, Arnoldo Bazan and his Father; As the video that has gone viral shows that the couple is beaten, beaten, and looked at with racial slurs by ice users – an incident that now stands as a clear example of the illegal behavior of the organization, caused by the place of anonymity.

The encounter happened as 16-year-old Mna-16 and his father, Arnulfo Bazan, were driving through southwest Houston on their way to school. According to a young person’s account during a press conference organized by the housing rights group Fiel Houston, the couple was pulled over by a car that did not have a robbery tag.

“Their nests didn’t say ‘police,’ they didn’t ask for anything,” Arnoldo remembers. “And that’s when my father and I got scared because they started banging on our window, trying to open the door.” Acting out of fear, Father and Son tried to escape, not knowing that the men they were dealing with were Federal Agents.

The situation is reported to have escalated near the intersection of South Gess Road and Beechnut Street, where several vehicles have derailed. When they get out and are tied up in their dining car, the agents fall to the ground.

“I saw that they started chasing him, kicked him, beat him,” said Bazani. “That’s when I responded, I just ran to my dad and (another agent) grabbed my shirt. I didn’t have anyone recording.

The teenager said agents moved him and his father to a nearby parking lot where agents reportedly threw two sliders, calling them “Sorder Hoppers.” Despite clearly stating that he was a minor and a US citizen, Arnoldo was stopped and held for hours before being released. His father, who had been deported in 2000 and served time for a 2015 DWI conviction, was arrested and has since been deported from Mexico.

The video now provided to Fiel Houston by Buststander shows several agents wearing vests marked “police” after the arrest, although it was not clear that the police started their stop in relation to any point.

According to Federal law, immigration officials are required to identify themselves and state the reason for the arrest during enforcement — a requirement that appears to have been completely ignored in this case. Houston’s Houston office did not respond to multiple requests for comment or clarification.

Executive Director Fiel Espinosa, who was reported to have recently been removed from the Houston City Council chambers after working with the local government and a statement showing the emergence of immigrants in the country that is happening in Houston.

“If you have politicians or other people saying this doesn’t happen in Houston, think again. It’s happening here, and we have enough proof that it is,” said Espinosa.

Arnoldo’s older sister, Maria Bazana’s statement spoke to Volume as she said this incident should serve as “another wake-up call” in America.

Maria Bayan said: “We are asking for justice, not only for my family but for all those families who will not hear their voice,” Maria Bazan said. “They start with one group, and it continues until they are surrounded by fear. That is not what America stands for.”

As mentioned above, the violent and irrational difficulties affecting the Bazans is a bright Neon sign that highlights the increasing difficulty of self-responsibility on the ice. We have hidden men who claim to be Federal Agents who operate with broad discretion and little scrutiny, often crossing constitutional lines in pursuit of dubious enforcement purposes. Despite the repeated confirmation of threats to public security, cases like this suggest a very different reality, where even US citizens are vulnerable to violence, detention and racial profiling.

This form of higher torture is not isolated. Across the nation, similar incidents have been reported where ICE agents, reminded of lax internal guidance and illegal practices, have launched illegal raids, illegal raids, and assaults on people outside of order violations. The Agency’s work has taken the risk out of enforcing the law in an approved style of application that manages citizenship itself as it is negotiated.

The Bazani case is a moral and legal turning point for the American people to face the meaningful and inevitable erosion of basic civil rights under the weight of unchecked power. Ice’s failure to distinguish between citizens and noncitizens and citizens who cannot verify the identity of agents during enforcement reveals a system that operates without proper boundaries.

Until there is a full federal investigation and real accountability for this escalating attack on all Americans – regardless of their feelings – the enforcement system is sworn to protect the void, to end the free world and American life as we’ve known it.
