The pardon will not work for Donald Trump
TOT TO TO MTRORNery Martin posted an announcement online on Sunday. It clearly means that the pardon does not apply to the President himself. In fact, “Full, complete, and conditional” Pardons only apply to Federal Crimes. None of Trump’s many aides have been named with much fanfare over the reelection bid won by Democrat Joe Biden. It does not affect the cost of the state. However, it is worth noting that State prosecutions linked to the 2020 elections have reached a dead end or are currently converging.
The move highlights Donald Trump’s continued efforts to promote the idea that the 2020 election was stolen from him. He suppressed the narrative despite courts across the country and US officials having no evidence of fraud that would have affected the outcome of the election.
This pardon follows the pardon of hundreds of Trump donors charged in Jan. At that time, the President also dismissed the protestors’ convictions that attacked the law enforcement.
Who else is forgiven?
Among those Trump recently pardoned Sidney Powella lawyer who promoted baseless and cunning ideas about stolen elections. John Eastmananother lawyer who pushed the plan to keep Trump in power, was pardoned. Additionally, Jeffrey Clarkhe received a pardon. Clark is a former Justice Department official who has blasted Trump’s efforts to challenge his election loss.
There are other names for the pardon announcement, including Republicans who acted as fake candidates for Trump, leading to charges. A judge in September dismissed a Michigan-related lawsuit against 15 Republicans. They were accused of trying to validate the false Trump as the winner of the election in that locale.

Knowing about Rudy Giuliani & others being pardoned
Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City, was one of the most vocal supporters of Trump’s rhetoric against voter fraud after the 2020 election. He has since been fired in Washington, DC and New York over his endorsement of bogus election claims. Also, he lost a defamation case of $148 brought by two couples who worked on their election whose lives were destroyed by the ideas of clay.
John Eastman was a close adviser to Trump after the 2020 election and wrote the memo laying out the steps Vice President Mike PENE may take to suspend the counting of electoral votes while holding the session of the Congress on Jan. 6 Keeping Trump in office.
Jeffrey Clark is now in charge of the Federal regulatory office. However, he faces possible disbarment from Washington for his representation of Trump’s claims. Clark clashed with Justice Master Superiors over a letter he wrote after the 2020 election. In the letter, he said the department is investigating “irregularities” and has identified “serious concerns” that may have influenced elections in Georgia and other countries. Clark wanted the letter sent to Georgia lawmakers, but senior Justice Department officials refused. Clark said in a social media post on Monday that “he didn’t do anything wrong” and “He shouldn’t have to fight this side of the witch for 4+ years.”
Why did Trump issue a pardon to Rudy Giuliani & others?
The announcement of the pardon described the efforts to prosecute Allies of Donald Trump as “The greatest national injustice done to the American people.” The pardon was meant to be continued “The process of national reconciliation.” Rudy Giuliani and others have denied any wrongdoing. They said they were just challenging the election they believed was tainted by fraud.
“Great Americans are being persecuted and put through a hell of a bidan administration to challenge the election, which is the cornerstone of democracy,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in an emailed statement.
Those who were exempted were not motivated by the management of the bid, however. They are prosecuted only by State prosecutors who work separately from the Department of Justice.
Donald Trumpe himself was indicted on federal felony charges, accusing him of working to end his 2020 election loss. However, the case was brought by the special counsel of the Department of Justice Jack Smith was abandoned in November after Trump’s victory over Kamala Harris. This is because the Ministry has a policy against prosecutors who organize the President.
Giuliani, Powell, Eastman and Clark were alleged co-conspirators in the Federal Case brought against Trump but were not charged with criminal charges.
