AT & T BRADE BREFFEFNED GUARANTEE: How to apply, deadline

You have about one month to seek your share of the $177 million data breach settlement against AT & T. Last month, the filing deadline was extended to December, so there’s still time to file a claim.
The first high-profile breach was discovered in March 2024, after customer data appeared on the Dark Web. AT & T explained later in a statement that put down addresses, social security numbers, and passcomes of users in the database going back to 2024 customer.

Following a class action lawsuit, the courts ruled in June that the company would have to pay $177 million to affected customers in 2019 and 202. Direct payments to users found in financial losses are paid first – up to $5,000 in the first class or $2,500 in the second – depending on the company.
Now, everyone whose information is revealed is dividing the lot. Affected customers should manage expectations, however – $ 177 million is divided among a large pool of customers.

According to Seement’s website, affected customers now have until their December – Affected users should have received a payment notice with a Class Member ID. If you would like to opt out of the settlement, or want to separate your division under the settlement, you must send a physical email to the request by November 17.

In order to be paid, you must complete a claim for residency form. You will need your class member ID, as well as an email address, AT&T account number, or full name. Be prepared to fill out payment information, such as direct deposit or check, as well.
Who is eligible for an AT&T location?
There are different eligibility requirements for the two residency programs:

For section 1: Eligibility extends to any living person whose personally identifiable information is exposed by the March event

For section 2: Eligibility extends to AT&T account holders or “Line users or end users” whose numbers or direct communications are downloaded by bad actors
How much money will I get?
Customers will be billed based on the severity of the data breach.

Tier 1: People who have their social security numbers disclosed (tier 1) will receive five times more money than those who have not (tier 2)

For Tier 2: People who did not show documented financial loss will receive a share of the remaining living expenses (TIER 3)
