Joshua Allen’s girlfriend shares her side of the viral funeral

“So You Think You Can Dance” star Joshua AllenA girlfriend is sharing her girlfriend’s fight that broke out at a funeral last weekend … telling TMZ she was invited by the family before he attacked her.
We told you all about it – Dyetta Brown he had just placed a note on Allen’s chest and kissed him one last time while he was still around he grabbed from behind For the woman, Brown says uncle on his family’s mother’s day, in the now famous video.

The police were called to Allen’s funeral twice that day … Also, Brown tells TMZ the viral confession happened after the first incident – when Allen’s family told him to have a restraining order.
He was not removed from the funeral, and told TMZ he returned to his seat, and then fell into the open casket – after standing back to return the angry family members to have their time with Allen, they were interrupted.
Brown confirms that he had a restraining order on Allen at the same time, explaining … “I couldn’t tell Joshua in prison – but I just wanted him to get help.”
He tells TMZ The 90-day emergency protective order lasted from July until September 22 and was in place because of past health incidents.
Brown also says the internet chatter about him being Allen’s Ex is not entirely true. They had been together for almost 4 years and the day of his funeral service – November 8 – Marked their first marriage together, he tells us.
He says they can fall in love with each other, kneeling down … “Joshua was the love of my life. We talked about marriage, having children, buying a home and moving.”
Brown adds that they never spent time until he was arrested in the summer, explaining … “Even then, he made it clear that he was coming home.”
We break the news – Joshua died in September after being hit by a train. Both brown and allen’s father, Eddie PowellHe told TMZ he struggled with mental health issues before he died.
Brown says she tried hard to get her other half help after noticing symptoms during their second year of dating – extreme attachment, jealousy and paranoia.
He remembers trying to warn everyone he could about his concerns – from family members and police trainees to senior police officers. He commented … “I pleaded with the law to help with his mental health – don’t see him. But no one listened. At the time of his death, I answered.”
He believes that the plan has failed Allen – too. She remembers him as a “kind” and “talented” person who had a lot to offer the world.
TMZ has tried to contact Joshua’s side of the family … so far, no word back.
Allen rose to fame after winning “so you think you can dance” season 4 in 2008, where Stephen at the end of “Twits” he was a runner. He starred in 2010’s “up up 3D” and 2011’s “2011”.
He was 36 years old when he died.
