The Ministry of Transport is establishing refund rules for refurbished aircraft

Transport Secretary Sean Duffy launched a public campaign, ‘Dress better, act better,’ to urge Air travelers to dress with respect and use respect.
The Department of Transportation (DOT) announced Friday a temporary suspension of refund obligations when airlines change flight numbers, easing the rule governing combined flights as cancellations guarantee passenger refunds.
Regulations put in place by the Biden Administration with marked flights assigned a different number than the one assigned to the customer when they purchased the tickets are being challenged and returned.
The DOT said, effective immediately, it will not impose requirements regarding refunds if a passenger is rebooked when the passenger is rebooked to a flight under a new number and the flight is operating or delayed. “
