Social media star and entrepreneur Dera Taylor He recently spilled it all during an interview with Cam Newton on the ‘Funky Friday’ podcast. De’arra got real about her past relationship, legal issues with her boyfriend, Ken Walker and her current dating life.

Derara Taylor gets real about her past relationships and why she threatens her ex
During an interview with Cam Newton, Derara opened up about her breakup with ex-boyfriend Ken Walker. She explained that while Ken’s cheating wasn’t the only reason for the split, it was the final straw. Derara also revealed that he felt like he was competing with her and even suggested that he exhibited Narcissistic behavior.
The former couple once shared a YouTube channel that has attracted more than a million subscribers. Since their split, the channel is no more, and Derara is reportedly after Ken for allegedly taking thousands of dollars from their joint account.
De’arra told the cam that the account earns money from its own deals, including fashion partnerships, skincare partnerships, and other promotions. He said he didn’t feel obligated to talk anymore, telling the cam, “You don’t get the same respect. Neither do I.”
“At that time I didn’t care because we built together – what’s mine has and what’s mine. But it’s clear that we’re not here, it’s time for SH.”.
Derara talks about his new relationship and interest in women
Cam Newton didn’t just ask about de’arra’s past, he buried tea in his current dating life. At one point, he suddenly asked, “Are you dating a stud now?” Derara replied confused “Huh?” Before basically confirming to see a new person. He made it clear, however, that dating a woman was not a reaction to his past relationships. “There is no one who can persuade me that I don’t succeed and make me go to a woman,” she said.
While De’arra posted a few sweet opening photos with her new boo, she told Cam that she’s not interested in being “social” again. He said he’s been there, done that, and he happened to be part of one of YouTube’s biggest couples at the time.
