Remembering the lasting legacy of Abraham Quintanilla
Abraham is survived by his wife Marcella Quintanilla and their children Ab and Suzette. The family rose to fame with their late daughter Selena, who was brutally murdered in March 1995 at the age of 23 by fan club president Yolanda SaldΓvar. For many years, Abraham managed Selena and the band selena y los dinos, a family affair that included BASS, Suzette on drums and Selena and Chris PΓ©rez on guitar. The family later collaborated with Netflix on ‘Selena: The Series’ and the documentary ‘Selena Y Los Dinos: Family Legacy,’ due in November.
