Mariah is a scientist she’s not planning to shake her baby bump in front of the ring! The ‘Burning Blue’ singer recently clarified that she has certain conditions she would like to meet before becoming a mother. Her comments come a month after her boyfriend, Little Thugit sparked suspicions of pregnancy on social media.

Mariah A Scientist Wants Marriage AND Family

Mariah broached the topic of the baby during an interview with Angie Martinez at Power 105.1’s first-ever Power Sessions concert, held on December 13. The Scientist was one of several artists to take the stage, including G Herbo and Cash Cobain.

Later, the singer told Angie that he wants to “settle down” for the next five years. However, there are strings attached to his schedule—marriage and ongoing work. “I want to get married,” Said Mariah who is a scientist. When Angie asked if “did anyone get the memo,” the singer replied, “I hope so.”

“Listen, that’s my plan. I can’t speak for everyone. That’s my plan. That’s what I do.”

She confirmed that she wants a child, but clarified that she comes from a small family with only one sibling. That sibling is his sister, who is also his manager. About their relationship, Mariah joked that they were “very close.” He later said that he was willing to start with one child and see how he behaves before deciding on another. Before wrapping up this article, Mariah who is a scientist also clarified that she intends to get married before having children.

I just want a commitment that doesn’t involve a responsibility to the child. I just want to be like a loving person, not out of obligation.”

Meanwhile, @thee_kittydoll_ didn’t acknowledge Young Thug’s role as Mariah’s boyfriend. He wrote, “I hope she finds a good man. She is very sweet. She deserves a king who will give her what she wants.”

@_simply0ro commented, “You know what. Marriage doesn’t bind a man who doesn’t want to stay. I agree with him. I feel like some people get a false sense of security behind the ring.”

Where does Young Thug stand on marriage?

As mentioned, Mariah the Scientist is clearing the air about her motherhood status, just weeks after Young Thug had fans clamoring for a baby bump. TMZ spoke to the rapper on November 13, and when the publication asked if he and Mariah were “moving on,” he replied “yes” and then said “she just had a baby.” That was the extent of the comment, but it was enough to inspire a bitter and curious reaction. Mariah has yet to respond to his comments. In context, Thugger has six children, three sons and three daughters, and many wives.

As for how Thugger feels about marriage, his past shows that he can be open. He was once engaged Jerrika Karlaealthough they never went to the alter (or the court). It is said that he ended the marriage in 2020.

In June, Young Thug and Mariah the Scientist sat through GQ’s couple quiz. And while they talked about everything from their first date to their nightly routines, marriage or proposal plans never came up.

As of Tuesday (Dec. 16), Young Thug has not responded to Mariah the Scientist’s thoughts on marriage before the baby. Instead, he appeared online this week to be seen throwing a gun at an alleged captor.
