In honor of his 24th birthday, Kai Cenat thanked supporters for his birthday wishes while opening up about his mental health journey. He revealed that in the past few months, he has been fighting doubts and fears while pursuing the goals he really wants to achieve. Kai went on to explain that a lot of the pressure comes from his desire to grow creatively.
“I’ve gotten into my head because I want to do more. I’ve realized that I’m a real creator, and I’m passionate about what I create.”
Although he admits that his feelings are new and difficult, he reassured his fans that things are getting better. “It was getting better… I’ve never had this feeling before, but I really want to recreate it.” In addition, he took his captions to continue sharing his plans for the future.
