K-Cup millionaire Robert Stiller sells Palm Beach mansion for $66.14M

K-Cup millionaire Robert Stiller has sold his waterfront mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, for an estimated $66.14 million, just a few years after taking over the luxury property.

Stiller — the founder of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, which later acquired Keurig — bought the North Lake Way property in April 2023 for $66 million. The 13,300-square-foot property hit the market in May for an asking price of $90 million, according to Mansion Global.

The sale was confirmed by Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate on Dec. 30 posts on Instagram. Angle said he represents both the buyer and the seller.

Built in 2013, the Palm Beach-style residence has seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The home includes a gated driveway, multiple garages with variable overhead spaces, tiled roofs, exterior shutters and sweeping lake views, as noted in the listing.

Those upper level areas are currently being renovated as a staff room and gymnasium.

“This unique and rare home has stunning lake and sunset views from every great room,” the listing says, adding that the property has stone and hardwood floors, high ceilings and abundant natural light.

Luxurious amenities include covered loggias, a pool and spa, a deep-water dock with a boat dock, an elevator, two laundry rooms and multiple terraces, as noted in the listing.

The home also features master suites on both the first and second floors, a built-in library, a formal dining room with a butler’s pantry, and an entertaining and professional chef’s kitchen.

The second main floor opens to a terrace equipped with a cold sink and hot tub, according to the listing.

“This home is perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining,” the listing says.

The sale comes as Palm Beach County’s luxury housing market continues to show signs of strengthening.

Home sales in the region rose for the third month in a row in November 2025. Nearby, a six-bedroom house on North Lake Way recently sold for $72 million — less than its original $95 million asking price in 2024, according to Realtor.com.
