The nurses strike on strike shirt picket line to help victims of the shooting of Michigan and fire
Eve Kerzka just wanted to help.
As a result of five weeks, he and the other 700 nurses employed by Henry Ford Genesys Hospital in the contractor’s new dealings. Instead of caring for patients in hospital, nurses gather daily in the shoulder of the Holly road, removing signs of protest and chewing.
But on Sunday, Kerzka saw police cars and ambulances flying passing through the curtain and later saw the black smoke rise from the sky from the church. He and some nurses see the Internet was an event of abundance – what they call the “black code” back to the hospital.
They were just for a short time, but the ongoing strike estimate their ability to help.
“What have I done?” Himself wondered, and told Cnn on Tuesday. “I just can’t stop here.”
With the login from the president of Teamsters Local 332 Union, he and the other nurses had left the pickt line and rushed to the hospital, church and Triage Cophy in giving any help they can grant. The simulator has reached the situation of their trained hands and relating to conversations with victims, transporting people to safety, support and food delivery.
Kerzka was one of the nurses who spoke the CNN for their decision to leave the picket line and give their help after a shooting of many holy people of Jesus Christ. They describe their need to help as a very focus on their creation.
“This was not born again,” said Kerzka. Kerzka said.

Their time helps in the hospital, yet, we stayed for a while. After about 10 or 20 minutes, they were directed to leave the area and give a continuous issue of staff, several nurses told CNN on Tuesday.
Hospital officials described their position in a statement, saying they hired workers during the labor dispute and worked properly during a major shot.
“Henry Ford Genespital Hospital has fully carers who have experienced caregivers and cannot care for all our patients, including those injured in the nearest church,” said the hospital. “Because of the endless strikes, we had already made other workouts. Henry Ford Genesy Hospital was difficult on Sunday and group members managed to care for the church without any further help.”
In addition, the hospital said that the strategic group could not reach their programs and to bring too much people to the hospital can endanger or disregard care.
The hospital asked that painful attacks did not work as a “Tool Barganon” in their conversations, which remain continuous.
The Nursing Nursing Nursing Nurses issued a statement and lauded them by jumping to help.
“When they suffered the heart, we saw a powerful moment of mankind. Our nurses, without hesitation, put down their signs and running to the union. “The courage and their dedication to the volumes are talking about who they are – not as coaches, but that is what it means that all the true working spirit and unity.”
To provide care, water and closure
Kerzka was one of the nurses to the hospital and were allowed to join her old reasons for a little. He said the area looked like a Zar Zone “among the urgent efforts. He worked with the patients to prepare patients, in his hands, and his knees invading blood soil, he said.
After hospital managers asked them to leave, dropped to the car and ran to church to give her hand.
There he examined the people in the well outside of the week and asked for kisses, comforting voice, or help with less reduction as needed. He and other nurses also helped members of the church at the nearest Triage Phila and donated police officers and fireflers at the scene.
Kerzka said he was disappointed that he could not do much but was so grateful to help.
“We have learned this to do,” he said. “I’m glad I have to help someone.”
Holly Novow, who worked as a nurse at a GENESIS Hospital for 18 years, said she and the other nurses were at first feeling “hopeless” that they could not help care at the hospital’s patients’ care.
“We were all completely pained because that’s what we do. We help people,” he said.

Soon, first responders say that their help is needed at the site of the week. Neadow said he and other nurses brought charges of water and assisted with the incident: transporting people on buses and ambulances and gave empathetic ears to human affairs.
“At least 20 nurses have been on the floor where they helped,” he said. “They just didn’t do it.”
Some are inadequate. Claudine Fahy, a nurse working in Grand Blanc for 25 years, said he was in Picket Line on Sunday when he received a message for all hands on the deck. His radio was arranged, said, so he took the bottles of water from its picket line to the first respondents at the scene.
Michael Thill and Elise Vinson, two Picket Nurses on Sunday, expressed their difficulties owe their assistance during their attacks in the hospital.

“There was so much to us that nothing was worthless, as our hearts were torn apart by half,” said Till. “You are being trained to do that and you can do it, it is difficult.”
“It is hard is Dichotomy now because we want to support our people there, but we won’t be there,” said Vinson said.
