Britney Spears has released a heartfelt statement in response to the many hurtful allegations hurled at her about boyfriend Kevin Federline.
Indeed, the D-lister made the media rounds this week to promote his new memoir.
In the book, which came out on October 21, Federline says many damaging things about spears – for example, that she took cocaine while breastfeeding her sons.
Really scary stuff if it’s true.
Previously, a spokeswoman for Spears fired back at Federline on behalf of the singer … but now Spears has moved on and continued to record himself.
“The constant withdrawals from my ex-husband hurt and hurt me a lot. I’ve been begging and crying to have a life with my boys,” Britney said on Thursday, continuing:
“Relationships with young boys are complicated [sic]. I felt confused about this situation and always asked and almost asked them to be a part of my life.
“Sadly, they have been seeing the lack of respect that their Father has shown me [sic]. They need to take care of themselves.
“One son only sees me for 45 minutes in the last 5 years and the other has only 4 visits in the last 5 years. From now on I will let them know when I am available.”

It’s hard to ignore the fact that Spears doesn’t necessarily deny Federline’s claims in their statement; Not his claim that he held a knife and watched his children sleep… and not his claim that spears deceived him about a woman.
The Grammy winner went on to directly address Federline’s memoir in his message:
“Trust me, those white lies in that book, they’re straight to the bank and I’m the only one who’s truly hurt here. I’ll always love them and if you really don’t know me, really ignore the tables on my mental health and drinking.
“I’m actually a very intelligent person who has been trying to live a holy and secret life for the past five years. I’m talking about this because I’ve had enough and any real woman would do the same.”

About their relationship with spears, he added, “Their status with their mother is calculated and they talk. They even went to see her and saw.”
After the #freebritney movement, the conservative artist was cut off in 2021.
However, spears seem to have been around since then.

“I really just want her to be happy and healthy, and I want her to be there for our kids,” she told The Hollywood Reporter.
“My children want to be there for a long time. So I have heard the alarm. It was the situation that I needed to start supporting my sons and their mother.”
