According to the New York Post, Songz, whose government name Tremane Aldon NevesonHe was separated from Drama Night Club in Times Square on Sunday, December 4. Apparently, an employee reportedly accused him, allegedly robbed him, and allegedly became “unnecessarily Irate.” Also, Songz was reported to have yelled at an employee in his face.
After that, and most recently, on the morning of Sunday, December 14, Songz was reportedly escorted to Mira Restaurant and Hokah Lounge in Manhattan. This, because it is reported to have damaged the restaurant’s “1,5,500 items, including hookahs, DJ equipment, and sofas.”

During the exit, Songz appeared in court on Sunday, December 14, for his own. It is said that he was charged with “Misdemea Nor Fismemeanir Assault In addition, he was also charged with “misdemeanor” in the second degree “in relation to the Mira incident. TMZ reports that the songz pleaded guilty to the charges, while Billboard adds that the singer “faces up to seven years in prison” because of the prison sentence.
In the end, the night worker was said to have been given an order of protection against the singer as songz was later released from custody. The singer’s lawyer, Mitchell Schuster, reportedly told the press that the latest fiasco happened because the group “decided to argue and try to get around” the song.
“Last night, Trey faced people who put up a fight and tried to get around him. And he has full confidence in both of these incidents, and the full situation is predicted,” Schuster said.
The New York Post reports that the singer is due back in court on February 18.
