On September 9, at a dusty school hall in the Chief Northern Uganda, men and women are always supported by wooden chairs watching a set of renewed TV set. The wind was expected.
Three thousand miles, in the International Criminate Court, charges against Joseph Kony, Warlord, who received the disrespect of the world freely as a regional leader. It is only one person who is not: Kony personally.
Kony still believes that hiding in a place in Central Africa. However, in the unprecedented stage, the ICC is pressing forward without him, guarantees the prospect of being, if he is received immediately.
Legal experts say that the continuation of a bluecrint for some of the most amazing ICCs, including Vladimir Putin, Benjamin and Tanyahu, Premier of Israel.
Walking has revived feelings in Uganda. Others strive to see how justice can be done without a man in the boat. Some may be hid to hear his name at all.

It is now twenty and twenty since the court begins to shape his warrant of Kony arrest. Today, Northern Qunna is peaceful but poor, and the war ghosts are being founded in Kony with the late 1990s.

A fellow kid, Franka, Lunko, served as a leader of his children. Ms Amony tries to care for a little girl. “He told me I was not very worried about home, because it would come when we will all get home,” said Ms.z Akucko.
Two women both remembered Kony to cut the presence of discipline. He said he was able to spread spirits, telling them that he was safe from the battlefield and could predict the future.
The one who once was LRA officials, speaking anonymously, explained a group leader of the same combination of fear and respect. One killed Colony’s eyes burned red when the wind took over.

It has a profound effect on the combination of Amnesty Act of 2000, allowing any LRA permits to get Clemency and return home.

Over 12,900 members from the tree as a result. They put traditions to reflect on cultural rituals in the system of law before returning to their farms and families.
Mr Benn himself joined soldiers, hoping that his cousin Koniko will see him in Frontline and return home.

James returned home two years ago. He wants forgiveness, as he was, but he was afraid of the ICC criminal guarantees to defend Kohony in commitment.

While the value of the court is consulted, returning to its original position is an ICC’s power.

On the streets of Gulu, the questions are common. One of Kony’s sons, born in the exile Lwra, wants to talk to his father.

The first and only LRA commander tried to the ICC was Dominic Oden, a Kony soldier who worked as a crigade manager.
