Diddy’s team to file an appeal and prison sentence during the White House denied the claims of Trump’s teaching

Sean “Diddy” Combs is on the decline, and he is appealing his legal conviction after being found guilty of two related crimes in the state this summer. The news comes amid conflicting reports that the White House may be unable to attend its hearing as early as this week.
In accordance with ABC NewsDiddy’s legal team filed the motion in New York District Court this week. His attorney, Alexandra Shapiro, confirmed the motion but did not disclose the reasons for the appeal yet.
The 55-year-old music icon has already spent a year behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Center. While his sentence is capped at 50 months, we hope his next move can cut that time down significantly. Diddy’s defense has long argued that the charges, which include “transportation for the purpose of prostitution,” should not apply to him.
During the conversation, it is reported that he shed tears, apologized for the “injury he caused” but I was adamant that his mistakes do not define who he is today.
