Two Israeli Defense Forces (IDf) were killed by Prosh e Personatives in Rafah, Southern Gaza, threatening a ceasefire with Hamas, Israeli military sources confirmed to FOX News Digital on Sunday.
The soldiers, Major Yaniv Kula, 26, a company commander in the 932nd battle of the Nahal Brigade, and staff sergeant itay yavetz, 21, a combat soldier in the same Battalion, are both based on Modi’in-Maccabim-Reut.
According to the IDF’s initial investigation, a war cell had appeared in a tunnel and fired on a drill, killing two soldiers. The Reserve soldier was seriously injured and discharged from the hospital, Israeli times.
According to Profesa Kobi Michael, a senior researcher at the National Security Studies (INSS) and Misgav Institute, this attack showed the fullness of the money for attacks on agreements.

Michael said: “Today’s breach of contract was difficult. “I think this will not be the last,” he told Fox News Digital.
“Israel is compatible [with President Trump’s] Plan and you want to continue the fulfillment of the plan,” he said.
“This agreement was violated from day one by Hamas,” Michael said. “And it continued with their behavior towards the hostages, the dead athletes.”
“All the deception they do plays on the toes of the Israeli public,” he continued, saying that the terrorist group “pretends that they can’t be read when everyone knows they can.” “

Michael details how the first breach came immediately after the IDF’s redeployment along the yellow line, “when Hamas was first sent [civilian] Children to wake up the IDF, to check if the IDF knows enough and is ready enough. “
“Then they sent Hamas forces, some of them were killed even on the yellow line,” he said.
“They kept repeating themselves and attacking the IDF by using the tunnels, using the beams and coming out, because now they feel free, because the IDF has left the populated area,” he explained.
Michael also points to Hamas’ “beating” civilians “because they suspect that they are collaborating with Israel, or because they fear that these groups or groups will oppose them.”

In response to Sunday’s attack, the IDF launched air and ground strikes across Gaza.
“The IDF also attacked and demolished six kilometers of underground terrorist infrastructure, using more than 120 munitions. The underground area was used by the terrorist organization to advance attacks on the State of Israel,” the statement said.
“The IDF will continue to respond strongly and will work to eliminate any threat to Israel’s status,” he said.
Israel announced at the same time the suspension of all humanitarian aid to the Gaza strip.
Michael warned that the Hama people have no intention of separating themselves and making a plan when it comes to glorifying the Gaza strips and establishing another governance process.
“Hamas is still using the tunnels, and they intend to rebuild the tunnels that were destroyed by Israel, because they intend to continue the war with Israel,” he said.

He said the military organization had been rebuilding its ranks and regaining control.
“They rehired again [thousands] of people and they use them and they kill their people,” Michael said.
“They do not intend to give up their position and their influence in the Gaza strip. They do not accept the idea of dismantling themselves. And they do not accept the idea that the power or the Board of Other Powers will control the Gaza strips,” he concluded.
The incident comes just days after the ceasefire that went into effect on Oct. 10, temporarily halting the two-year war between Israel and Hamas.
Under the agreement, hostage-takers were released when they found Palestinian prisoners, it was announced.
Later on Sunday, the IDF announced the resumption of offensive fire, following retaliatory strikes.

“In line with the political echelon and following a series of significant strikes in response to Hamas violations, the IDF has begun a renewed round of fire,” the statement said.
“The IDF will continue to uphold the non-aggression pact and will respond strongly to any violation of it,” the military added.
In a statement, Israel UN Ambassador Danny Danon said: “Earlier today, two IDF soldiers, Maj Yavetz, were killed by Hafah terrorists.”
“We mourn their loss and send our condolences to their families. Israel released the terms of the cease-fire agreement, but we will make it clear to the Hamas terrorists that whatever is necessary to protect the security of Israel,” said Danco.
Michael, at the time, predicted a delay in reviving the rafah crossing, a critical entry point for aid and movement.
