Fast food workers are struggling to pay for the food they serve, according to a new report.
In-Out Burger is preparing to open several new restaurants in Tennessee, marking a major step in the California-based chain’s national expansion.
According to the company’s website, Tennessee restaurants currently listed as “opening soon” include:
- Antioch: 4130 William Turn PKWY
- Lebanon: 915 South Hartmann drive
- Franklin: 1951 Double Drive
- Murfreesboro: 2508 Medical Center Parkway
Locations in Lebanon, Antioch and Murfreesboro are expected to open in late 2025, while the Franklin restaurant is slated to open early next year, the Tennessean reports.

“While we don’t have the exact opening dates for the locations in Tennessee, I can assure you that we will begin serving our customers there by the end of this year,” said an N-NOM spokesperson.
The expansion — first announced in 2023 — comes as In-N-Out prepares to open a 100,000-square-foot corporate office on the east side of Nashville late next year.
In July, In-Out President Lynisi Snyder revealed that she and her family would be moving from California to Tennessee, citing the challenges of “raising a family” and “doing business” in the Golden State.
“We’re building an office in Franklin, so I’m actually going out there,” Snyder said on an episode of the Allie Beth Stuckey-related podcast that aired July 18, per FOX 11.

“There are a lot of great things about California, but raising a family is not easy here,” Snyder said. “Doing business is not easy here now.”
Snyder was also signed at a time when say-n-out had no plans to expand to Florida or the east coast.
“Florida asked us and we still say no. The East Coast says, we say no. We have access to Tennessee from our Texas store,” said Snyder, “that means,” means that, “
In May, the chain announced plans for seven new US locations, including four in California and others in Washington and New Mexico.
