FEDERAL GURE QUESTIONS TRUMP AUTHORITIES ABOUT ICE AGENT IN CHICAGO USING TEAR

The Federal Government found itself back in court on Monday to answer a judge’s questions about whether the Trump Administration violated the gas by using the Chicago Area recently, as well as other questions regarding “Operation Midway Blitz.”
According to the New York Times, Judge Sara L. Ellis of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Government of the events, the Government of the latest events when the latest gas is used against the protesters.
It is reported that Harvick told the judge that he was not present at any event, but it was his understanding that the protesters received several warnings before the gas was sent. He says the unruly protesters are refusing to comply, which is often what Trump Administration officials have been discussing for alleged violations of the settlements in areas where ICE and other federal agents are running wild.
And, as always, those citizens tell a different story.
From the times:
Plaintiffs in the anti-government lawsuit claim that tactics used by Federal Agents to disperse crowds violated their Constitutional rights. The filling of the document conditions of the books of Federal agents using pepper balls, pepper spray and ladders against protesters, journalists and members of anti-clericals with little or no warning.
Judge Ellis, whose name is called the bench of President Barack Obama, found that the case of the Plaintiffs will be trusted on Oct. 9, prohibits the use of tear gas and the other side of Chicago “who do not accept immediate threats.”
Since that order, however, federal agents have been captured on video using tear gas in Chicago neighborhoods, and Judge Ellis said she was “deeply concerned” about the restrictions he had imposed.
On Friday, Judge Ellis ordered Federal Agents wearing body cameras to begin making arrests across the country and while interacting with protesters and other members of the public in the Chicago area. He expressed that need with arguments from the government about the usefulness of using cameras and the level of authority of the judge.
So, the Trump administration had a problem with the order requiring law enforcement officers to turn in their bodgams when they were arrested, huh? It sounds like a government that has a lot to hide without its snow face.
According to CBBS News, Ellis was trained by federal officials on Friday for failing to follow his order from the previous day to all Federal Officials in Chicago, who have already done so now.
“Maybe I wasn’t clear yesterday. That wasn’t a suggestion,” he said. “I’m fixing it [temporary restraining order] to install body-worn cameras. … It’s not an argument. “
On Sunday, the Department of Homeland Security Assistant Tricia Mclaughlin responded that any such order ever existed, “like any order that requires false reporting,” as if she were confusing the report of a Federal judge with a report from the media “Fake news”.
“DHS will continue to oppose all efforts to undermine law enforcement and to further the cause of violent protesters.
Leave it to the Trump administration to think that accountability is a duty and a judicial requirement that police officers wear wearable devices that record their actions while interacting with citizens “looking for the dead.”
It is almost as if we are dealing with a fascist regime.
NBC Chicago reports that Judge Ellis cleared the way for “Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino and other immigration officials to be questioned under the demands of protesters, journalists and clergy in the Chicago area.”
That admission from Federal Judge Sara Ellis came after hours of hearings that questioned two top deputies with the Border Patrol and ICE about the use of their powers.
During the hearing, Harvick, a Port Kyle official, testified that all border patrol agents receive ongoing use-of-force training and that their reports are generated within 24 to 72 hours of incidents.
As the Trump administration began ramping up its enforcement efforts in the Chicago area last month, Harvick said NO CBP agents have been penalized for the use of force violations.
At least a person tries to grasp this control through their actions.
