Union Properties presents Mirdad Tower 2 in Dubai Motor City

Announced on 8 January 2026, the new residential tower rises 31 stories above ground and is a central part of Union Properties’ long-term strategy to deliver design-led, lifestyle-focused communities in line with Dubai’s evolving urban landscape.

The launch represents the next phase in the development of Mirdad, which is positioned as a major residential area within the Motor City.

Mirdad Tower 2 will offer a range of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments, as well as a limited selection of luxury residences. The tower is designed as a modern vertical community, emphasizing architectural quality, functional architecture and durability.

Union Properties said the residential mix is aimed at attracting end-users and investors looking for well-designed homes in an integrated community.

Stable living in the heart of the Motor City

The development is based on a focus on what the company describes as sustainable luxury. The residences are designed to optimize space efficiency, natural light and comfort, while the upper units offer larger layouts aimed at residents looking for a more unique living experience. Smart building technologies and highly efficient energy systems are included as part of a comprehensive sustainability strategy.

Located in the heart of the Motor City, Mirdad benefits from direct access to major road networks and connections to key locations throughout Dubai. Union Properties has positioned the development to capitalize on the continued growth of the Motor City as a residential and investment destination, supported by established infrastructure, attractive living spaces and long-term growth potential.

Residents of Mirdad Tower 2 will get more than 26 life resources. These include health and fitness areas, co-working spaces, recreation and entertainment areas, children’s play areas, outdoor landscaped areas and public spaces for the public. Integrated retail facilities are also planned, reinforcing the vision of an independent residence designed to support everyday living.

Sustainability features include landscaped green spaces and infrastructure that charges electric vehicles in every 50 percent of parking spaces, reflecting the developer’s focus on responsible development and future-proof urban solutions.

Commenting on the presentation, Eng. Amer Khansaheb, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Corporation Buildings, said: “The launch of Mirdad Tower 2 represents a major milestone in the execution of our AED2 billion Mirdad master plan.

He added that the project underscores the fundamental trust of Dubai housing and Union Properties’ role as a key developer delivering integrated communities that respond to the need for well-designed, high-quality residential housing.
