Nelson posted about it on social media, despite a court order ban Halle Bailey, DDGand their family and friends from posting child content online. After facing massive backlash, Nelson took the internet by storm and deleted the video.

Celebrity Style Releases Statements After Posting Uncensored Halo Video
On December 20th, Live Bitez shared photos taken from the Instagram Stories of Jehcara Nelson, @strandsoflifehair. One video shows a child sitting she’s in a high chair, as Jehcara brags behind the camera that the hairbrush is her secret to silence. In this clip, he says he doesn’t want to show his face. So, instead, she refers to herself as “the famous baby,” and shares high, side and back angles of Halo’s hair. He also wrote in the video, “Chronicles of Famous Kids: Guess the famous kid lol.” Jehcara Nelson was also seen posting a final look at Halo’s fresh ‘do, with the caption, “Loading 2nd birthday.”

But Nelson’s proud voice didn’t last long! It looks like he started getting heat quickly because of the social media ban. It’s not clear if that heat is coming from Halle Bailey, DDG or their fans in general.
In October, the co-parents moved to withdraw their domestic violence restraining orders. Additionally, they reached a temporary custody agreement that gives Halle physical custody of Halo, except on Wednesdays and certain weekends, as reported by the LA Times. The papers also detailed their agreement on birthdays and this holiday season, although those details are not publicly known. Most important in Jehcara Nelson’s slip is the communication policy.
“No party shall post, upload or distribute on the Internet or any social media, any pictures, images, and/or information relating to a Minor,” court documents state. Those rules also apply to friends and family of Halle Bailey and DDG.
In this case, it is not clear whether Nelson falls under the category of “friends”, as it appears that he was hired to provide a service. However, a screenshot shared by Live Bitez shows that he posted a long statement of apology and accountability on his Instagram Story, before setting his account to private. He started by admitting that his script “includes Halo,” then said that he “didn’t have permission from Halle to send her.”
“…this was completely my fault. I did not know that sharing her photo would be against the existing court agreement, and there was absolutely no intention to cross any boundaries or cause harm. Halle did not know that I had posted the content, and this situation is absolutely not her fault. Immediately after it was brought to my attention, I took responsibility and removed it. I sincerely apologize for the lack of representation and cause and I deeply respect Halle.”

Halle Bailey Tweets About Halo’s Birthday As Social Media Sounds To The Stylist
Ahead of Halo’s second birthday on December 23, according to the timestamps, Halle tweeted a sweet note about motherhood. He wrote, “Two years ago today I became a mother. Time flies, we had a wonderful day.”

Halle did not, and never has, corrected the mistake with the stylist. But fans in the comments section of Live Bitez’s IG recap post continued to chime in.
Hollywood’s ‘Love & Hip Hop’ Moniece Slaughter he said, “Why are you sending someone’s child? Celebrity child or not, without the knowledge or consent of both parents?”
@coachkanaka commented, “We all knew that! That’s why we didn’t see Halo’s facial expressions go viral months ago! 😩 she’s so cute though!”
@geminijo15 added, “If his mother and father can’t send him, why do you think YOU can send him.” When @cvshxippi3 said, “Why are you putting someone’s child in, brother?
“He just thought no one was going to peek who he was,” @honeywit_tea wrote.

What’s New About Dad DDG?
Although Halo is no longer allowed to join the live stream, she hasn’t stopped her dad from having it. This year, DDG continued to make waves with their online content, including a romantic whisper with India Love amid the power play between them. Aside from his love life, he has continued to release music, and on Monday he debuted a song. Streaming for 72 hours.
