Ice Agents meet and drag away a blind man, called a ‘mresi,’ even though he was not suspected of demolition.

That’s when videos show several federal agents circling Haberl before grabbing him by the legs and bringing him to the ice block before dropping him on the head.

They can then be seen dragging him behind a gate with multiple agents involved, swearing at him as the man stomps on the ground. One agent was seen taking Haberl’s white cane.

Two men who saw the scene unfold Saturday night said Haberl was happy to be there — usually dancing and having a good time while showing off the snow.

“It was always sad to see him being dragged the way he was,” said one of the men. “The visceral reaction was not to just go ahead and get the videotaping and get the angle, but I couldn’t do it. I had to do it for him and it hurt my heart.”

Another man, Sterling Anderson, said it was surprising to witness.

“You can see in the video where I have a loud voice, then you can see my breath and my breath was taken away,” Anderson said. “It’s like, what threat does that man represent, you know, federal agents or property?”

Of course, the Department of Homeland Security – which has made a practice since late of finding any immigrant who is not registered as a non-citizen by an immigration court and did not have their own Immigration Court date – is different in what happened to Haberl.

“The protester was arrested after he disobeyed orders from law enforcement to proceed with the legal case, and continued to block the driveway so vehicles could not enter or exit the ice center,” DHS KOIN said in a statement.

That didn’t stop him from taking the blue on Saturday. Meanwhile, according to Haberl and the video footage, he pulled over to the side of the driveway before the agents showed up.
