Israel said the remains of three people returned by Hamas on Friday did not include any of the dead hostages.

Baruki was taken from his home in Kibbutz Beeri during the massacre. The IDF said it estimates he was killed on December 8, 2023, at the age of 25. Baruki leaves behind his parents and two siblings.
