Jenelle Evans Shares That She Got a Mommy Makeover Surgery

On December 18, Evans took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos with his 3.1 million followers. Moreover, he wrote that he is “I was keeping a secret…”

“After 3 pregnancies, exercising, and eating clean my body still needs more help especially with the diastasis recti (maternal pouch) that most of us face after having children. There is no exercise that will fix this. I decided to make some positive changes… earlier this month. We replaced my old implants with 400cc silicone implants that exposed my chest or my chest with correction.

Additionally, Evans explained that “his body was judged from that moment on [she] he was young.”

“So choosing this was about feeling like myself again and not explaining it to anyone else. I’m still recovering but of course I feel confident, happy and really excited about this new chapter! Tomorrow I celebrate my 34th birthday and I can honestly say that I’m proud to welcome the new year and I love the skin I’m in,” she concluded.

She Opens Up About Mommy Makeover Surgery

On Tuesday, December 30, PEOPLE published an interview with Evans in which he opened up more about his recent surgery. According to the outlet, Evans underwent surgery in early December. In addition, she noted that the “timing was right” for the procedure because she knows she’s done having children and she “wanted to focus on herself and feel confident in the way she looks.”

“I had to get my breast done because it was very saline, and saline is only good for 10 years,” added Evans, explaining why she had her breast pulled from her chest.

According to the source, Evans also wanted rock-hard abs and was told he needed a tummy tuck to achieve his desired look.

Since the surgery, Evans’ recovery is reportedly going well. Additionally, he shared why he decided to reveal the update to his followers.

“Since I started social media, I just showed the real me, raw, true, true personality and everything in my life, all organic content. So I think it’s very important to keep organic content for my followers and be as honest as possible, like I did, and show girls that you’re not alone. You’re not the only one going through this,” she explained.
