India’s Casagrand is making an international punwet with the Dubai Islands Project

After more than 20 years of building well-known and successful properties in India, Casegrandi, a Chennai-based Real Estate Universication developer, is making its international debut with Casagrand Hermina, an island development in Dubai.
Priced at AED420 million (US $114.4 million), Casagrand Hermina is inspired by Hermes, the Mythological Messenger who moved without power between the worlds, and promises to unite peace with the shores of life.
The project will offer 131 residential units, ranging from four-bedroom apartments. Living spaces on all floors are thoughtfully spaced to ensure enhanced privacy, quiet streets, and a boutique feel to set them apart.
Casagrand is launching its first UAE project
Scheduled for handover in the second quarter of 2028, Casagrand Hermina will have a starting price of AED1.92 million (US $520,000) with a 60/60 payment plan.

“Our experience in thoughtful design and purposeful community lives in every detail, and we are thrilled to introduce this approach to developers in the world’s most underserved markets. Finally, finally,
Dubai Islands is a large coastal region supported by the Government of Vision and investment and is supported by the Dubai 2040 Urth Master Plan. The area has 21kms of Blue Flag certified beaches, and will soon undergo major infrastructure improvements such as an eight-lane bridge to the city of Dubai in 2026, and a planned metro link.
Luthluh K, director, Casagrand Dubai, said: “Dubai Islands represents one of our exciting growing events for our city, and it was important to our first development in the UAE focusing on our prestige and our heritage.
“With Casagrand Hermina, we wanted to create a community that accommodates a balanced population of people looking for, spaces that feel calm and laid back, but remain connected to all that has to offer.”
Designed by the company’s in-house architecture team, Casagrand Hermina will offer features such as Smart Home controls, friendly appliances, and a podium located in a naturally modest environment that helps regulate temperatures.
It will have an impressive array of amenities, from a serene swimming pool and spa back to active play areas, an immersive sky cinema, and mindful meditation areas. Each unit will have fully furnished buildings, enclosed walkways, and entry foyers.
The company said it is highly committed to long-term growth in the UAE and is currently evaluating land parcels across MasterPlans and emerging communities, with plans to develop over six million square meters of three mixed-use properties.
