Comedian Patton Oswalt took on President Donald Trump’s voters during an interview with Bill Maher on Monday, saying the President is appealing to “wounded” people.
Maher opened the discussion in his “clubhouse” which was “suspended” by saying that Trump is always in touch with the young spirit of the country, despite his age. He also added that the younger generations, in his opinion, do not understand the rules and methods, and blamed what he called the collapse of the education system.
“The worst thing is, he’s talking about what he’s going through, really, really, really, really young, and he’s feeling who he is, because you don’t know what he’s going to be like,” Owwalt said.

Otwalt said that when he was in his 20s, he used to say, “This is bulls—, because he was afraid to admit something that might seem” lame. “
Oswalt said: “This is how every second of the day is.
Otwalt later said that Trump is appealing to middle-aged Americans who live “under the heel of some boss.”
“They don’t have the power, and they watch people. They watch people go, ‘no one who works in this factory can smoke,’ Oswalt said just in front of them,” Oswalt said. “They think about being that guy. And that’s what Thump is, and that’s their mystery.”

Oswalt continued, “There’s an appeal to people who are deeply hurt, and there are a lot of hurt people in this country right now, who are being hurt by this program.”
He also described Trump as a “Giant, Colicky Baby” during the interview.
Maher said the President was wise to surround himself with young people, although he noted that he did not support them.
