Wroclaw, Poland – ROCIO Flores, a 44-year-old mother of three children, trembling in the bathroom of the archived country in Blaszki, a town in central Poland.
His spirit was deep, as his heart attacked. Before long, a man from the organization had been working to remove the rifle and five Colombian workers. It was August 2023.
“In my country, Mexico, when a person arrives at his gun, it is because he wants to use it,” Tell Al Jazeera. “I thought I would die for there, I thought my body would be thrown into the mountains, and I would never see my children again.”
The conflict began where agency announces that the shifts workers at a chicken processing center will be expanded in 12 hours due to staff shortages. The group declined and wanted the payment to the debt. The burning issue followed. Then a man reached his gun.
Al Jazeera reviewed the video of flores pains that were recorded with one of the workers, and pointed to a firearm as Ukraine. The man was appointed by the contractor working with JobVende24, a lease agency that offers workers in Plukon.
On the video, following physical confrontation with the other of Colombian staff, the man in question went to its car and pulled a rifle. While he is angry with immigrants in Polish, threatening to call offers.

Latin America became a new source. Colombia Citizens in Peru, Mexicans, and other countries from the region from the European Union without visas, spending three months and applied for work permits while in Poland.
This changed June 2025, where Poland opened a new law. Migrants must now apply for work permits in their homes. There is also now a great overseing on temporary service agencies, which are used to break service tracks and tax rules. The fines of breaches also grows.
Despite the changes, however, it is not yet clear whether the condition of migrating employees will improve.

“Usually, people are lying from the beginning,” says Irena Dawid-Olczyk, the head of the smack. “Some structures are borrowed for the ticket. That debt is binding in cases of exploitation. It is a bonded way.”
The official information indicates that the Poland is just more than 4,000 permits for Colombians in 2022. By 2024, the number was increased by 38,000. However, in many cases, agencies do not include job permits for migrants, leaving unregistered people and the compassion of employers. It is not yet clear how many milits live outside the state of Poland.
“We believe that outside the Latin American people, Migrants Bangladesh, Philippines, and Celish Asians are at risk,” Dawid-Olczyk said. “But many do not trust the authorities adequately to report abuse.”
After the incident, Flores and colleagues were able to lead their videos at the local police station. According to him, officials found the man, but it identified him as the Georgia country and was a rifle. It is alleged that they encouraged the migrants to restore him rather than the charges.
Police told Al Jazeera that she did not follow the case because no group had a legal complaint. In the Al Jazeera State, Plukon plant said the gun with the gun was not directly in their company or Jobever24.
Finally, flores, and others, working for the company that will come, receive their payment: 17 Zloty ($ 5) at an hour, under the small law of 21 Zloty ($ 6) at the time. In their statement, Plokon said they always paid their workers in accordance with Poland Law.
