Sharjah presents fully-analytical rental services on the Aqari platform

The Sharjah Digital Department, in collaboration with the Sharjah Municipality, has launched an analytical package of recruitment services on the Aqabari platform as part of a comprehensive Sharjah initiative.
The renewal creates an integrated digital ecosystem for real estate transactions, transforming the emirate away from paper-based processes towards an organized, sustainable and fully integrated model.
Mobility brings all recruitment processes in the municipality of Sharjah under one system, improving transparency, reducing administrative complexity and greatly speeding up the delivery of services to residents, investors and businesses. The Overhaul aligned with the government’s directives to increase digitization and adopt advanced technologies in key sectors.
The Enhanced Aqari platform now offers comprehensive services, including digital contract management for all types of assets, multiple payment options and personalized dashboards. Customers can log in with UAE Pass to access their contract and asset details instantly.

A new layer of burning government integration allows entry into and out of areas to be completed digitally, supported by direct links through Sharjah WATER MERICEMEL AND RASH NOPS.
Authorities said the system represents a major leap in automation, with 95 percent of processes now fully digital and requiring little human intervention. Lease contracts can be completed with simplified steps from registration to quick eviction, cutting pre-adjustment times and reducing paperwork to reduce paperwork and operational costs.
