Shocker: Justice Department Couldn’t Even Make Epstein Files Right

The Trump administration continues to find new and creative ways to display its utter incompetence. It’s only been five days, and the long-awaited release of the Epstein files has been delayed. There was great outrage when the Department of Justice began releasing the documents, with most of the pages completely blacked out. Of course, this is the Trump administration, and intrepid sleuths quickly discovered that the DOJ had misclassified many documents.
It is comforting to know that these are the people responsible for guarding the nation’s secrets and keeping us safe.
According to The Guardian, people who are more computer savvy than I have found that some of the text can be edited by copying and pasting it into a word processor or using Photoshop. This appears to indicate that the DOJ quickly attempted to redact the files prior to their Congressionally authorized release. The declassified files contained no revelations about any impropriety related to President Donald Trump, although they did reveal details of financial transactions that fueled Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking and child abuse.

“Defendants also attempted to cover up their sex trafficking and abuse behavior by paying large sums of money to participating witnesses, including paying their attorneys’ fees and court costs related to this behavior,” one of the unedited portions read.
“Epstein also threatened victims with harm and helped release damaging stories about them in order to damage their credibility when they tried to come forward with their stories of trafficking and sexual assault. Epstein also ordered one or more witnesses of Epstein Enterprise associates to destroy evidence relevant to ongoing court proceedings involving criminal trafficking and misconduct by the defendants.”
According to NBC News, the Epstein files also include an email sent by former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to Epstein confidant Ghislane Maxwell, in which he asks if he has made “wrong new friends.”
“Let me know when you’re coming as I’m free from August 25th until September 2nd and I want to go somewhere hot and sunny with fun people before putting my nose hard on the rocks,” the email reads, ending with, “See A xxx.” Mountbatten-Windsor was stripped of his British titles of Prince and Duke of York because of his relationship with Epstein.
Another revelation concerns a civil case in the Virgin Islands between Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn, two executors of Epstein’s estate.
Answer from The Guardian:
The exhibit was the second amended complaint in the federal lawsuit against Indyke and Kahn.
In Section 85, the amended section states: “Between September 2015 and June 2019, Indyke signed (FAC) more than $400,000 in payments to young female models and actresses, including a former Russian model who received more than $380,000 in monthly payments of $8,333 made over a period of more than 201 years of 201 more than 201.”
Prosecutors in the Virgin Islands settled their sex-trafficking case with the estate of Epstein, Indyke and Kahn in 2022 for $105m, and part of the proceeds from the sale of Little St James, the island where Epstein lived and where many of his crimes took place. Department of justice Press release declaring compensation did not constitute acceptance of debt.
Indyke, the attorney who represented Epstein for decades, has never been charged with a crime by federal authorities.
Indyke was hired by Parlatore Law Group in 2022. Why is it important to realize that? However, the Parlatore Law Group represents Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, and they also represented President Donald Trump during his tenure regarding the classified government documents he kept at Mar-a-Lago.
To paraphrase Pulitzer Prize winner Kendrick Lamar: Indyke got a weird case. Why is he around?
The DOJ quickly defended President Donald Trump, whose name appears multiple times in all of the documents, with one of Epstein’s leaked emails claiming that Trump uses his mouth to breathe hot air.
“The Department of Justice has officially released nearly 30,000 more pages of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. Some of these documents contain false and sensational claims against President Donald Trump that were sent to the FBI shortly before the 2020 election. To be clear: the claims are baseless and false, and if they had any credibility with the President,” said Donald Trump.
If you can’t tell, the DOJ’s handling of the release of the Epstein files has been a disgrace. In addition to many pages being completely deleted, the DOJ also removed several documents from its site that it released last Friday. Among the documents removed from Epstein’s library was a portrait of President Donald Trump. Although the image does not appear to indicate anything wrong, it is still very suspicious that it has been removed from the site.
For a group of people who tend to believe in and promote conspiracy theories, they are sure to walk a path that can be considered a conspiracy field. If Trump really has nothing to hide, why is he hiding his picture? I think you can only attack deep state for so long until you are deep state.
