It’s been an eventful month in the life of New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs.
Just last week, Diggs and Cardi B welcomed their first child together.
And now, Diggs is in some new legal territory from the allegations made by Loffencer Blake Blake Griffith in the summer.
As we previously reported, Griffith claims she was sexually assaulted by Diggs.
The Internet celebrity claims that Diggs was drugged and abused during a party that took place in Maryland in May of 2023.

Now, Diggs has hit back by filing a lawsuit accusing Griffith of defamation.
In official documents obtained by TMZ, Diggs described Griffith as the winner of “the would-be winner of social media.”

But the NFL Receiver says he then went to his bedroom, and his assistant asked Griffith to leave. And that, according to Stefon Diggs, was the end of the night.

“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the country in court that regardless of the fiction made by New York High’s New York attorneys, he is a victim of unwanted sexual assault,” Lebowitz said.

In a series of tweets that have since been deleted, he disputed Griffith’s claims and accused him of trying to steal from Diggs on the night in question (along with Boxer Gervonta Davis).
“Chris lied because he was stealing and got caught…there are receipts for that. He lied to Vervonta Davis and changed the story 1000 times,” Cardi wrote, according to A whistle.
“Not only will we defend these false allegations but our sexual battery counterclaims will be filed shortly,” the attorney said.
Diggs is also a father to daughters Nova and Charliee, who he shares with two different women.
He has yet to speak publicly about the allegations, and he hasn’t faced that kind of disciplinary action from fans or the NFL.
