The Trump Administration is launching an airline campaign for vacationers across the country

With the goal of having every vacation traveler removed from taking this busy winter season, Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy has safety details in the skies and on American passenger planes Aboard.
“Bringing humanity back, I think, enhances everyone’s sense of travel,” Duffy said of his vision of the “Golden Age of the “Flight Path forward:
“So I asked the people for an answer… What happened at the gate? And again, are people nice to the gatekeepers?” He continued.
The aviation campaign focused on the Trump Administration will aim to ‘encourage’ a return to decorum and decency in the face of planes disrupting the flights of millions of travelers, according to a press release provided by FOX News Digital.

Since the year 2019, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has recorded an increase of more than 400% in the disruption of flights, which stems from the disruptive behavior of violence. The agency has reported thousands of cases of unruly passengers since 2021, with enforcement actions and fines increasing significantly in recent years, according to FAA data.

About one in five flight attendants is reported to be involved in a physical incident in 2021, and reports of unruly passengers in 2024 remain above 20124 levels, according to the Association and FAA Data.
As part of the campaign, Duffy poses important questions every flyer should ask themselves this holiday season to help Americans reach a pregnant or elderly person: Are you helping a pregnant or elderly person by putting their bags in the trash? Do you dress respectfully? Do you keep control of your children and help them get into safety? Do you say thank you to your flight attendants? Do you ask please and thank you often?
This season, AAA projects 81.8 million people will travel 50 miles from home for the Thanksgiving holiday, setting a new record with about 1.6 million travelers more than last year. AAA notes that gratitude is common in American vacation travel, and concerns about flight disruptions can lead some air travelers to switch to road trips.

“Be nice, say ‘please say’ and say ‘Thank you,'” Duffy told the Calones. “Sometimes you just have to ask people, ‘Wow, let’s go back to an era where we didn’t wear our pajamas to the airport.’ We might actually be wearing less. And if someone needs help putting their luggage in the top bin, help them. “
Duffy also discussed ongoing modernization efforts at the FAA and the Department of Tourism.
