The Dubai Luxury Real Estate Market is evolving into luxury – Report

Wealthy homeowners in Dubai shift their priorities away from badge price and are lavishly styled in everyday looks that elevate everyday life, according to Lifestyle Mag.

The developer behind Keturah Reserme says that a healthy and well-lived life has become the defining characteristic of Ultra-High-Net-Diasts investors who are looking for homes that influence good health and well-being.

Talal M Al Gaddah, CEO and founder of Keturah Luxury Brand,: “The No.1 concern of affluent consumers is now health – the depth of experience to increase residents’ health and mind.”

He explained that the homes are designed to improve the quality of life produced by “modest, sustainable, demand” which also strengthens the long-term investment value. “When people persist in life, capital inevitably follows,” he said.

Good planning

Located in Meydan, Keturah Resermer is the AED3 billion Second Bio-Living Development built entirely around the philosophy of Well-LED Design. The project aims to incorporate thoughtful architecture in relation to nature, providing residents with a purpose-built environment to support a healthy and positive life.

The community is located just two traffic lights from Dubai and the Dubai Mall, providing connections between the city with reduced traffic. At its heart are the sharp dry gardens with thousands of fik trees and rain trees found in Thailand, creating a natural environment that supports the Wellness goals of the project.

“Landscape is not decoration, it’s a functional infrastructure,” said Al Gaddah.

“Keturah Reserve is a community where people will feel truly connected to nature. Everything is designed to improve health and fitness so that residents can enjoy life to the fullest.”

The MasterPlan includes 533 ground floor apartments, 93 townhouses and 90 villas including superhomes and villa plots. Demand is already strong, with cities fully sold and more than 40 percent of apartments sold.

Fäm Properties has been appointed as the exclusive Master agency for the final phase of the sale.

Profrency Redefines Dubai Real Estate

To strengthen investor confidence, new buyers will receive payment strategies based on Milestones and contract delivery guarantees. Main contractor Citic Middle East Contracting LLC is scheduled to deliver the townhouse in Q2 2027, apartments in Q3 and Q4 2027 and Villas in Q1 2028.

“Very few developers have embraced this level of transparency,” Al Gaddah said. “We hope that this sets a new standard that supports the goals of the Dubai Land Ministry and the objectives of investor protection and market integrity.”

Enhancements to the original plans include extended apartment blocks, improved Wellness facilities, new bio-living features and shared spaces. The rooms, ranging from 1,106 to 4,883 feet, maximize natural light and ventilation, while the villas and villas offer grace inside and out.

Residents will also have access to premium concierge services, including on-demand Roll-Royce chauffeur bookings through a dedicated community app.

Keturah Reserve is the fourth project of the Dubai Project in the growing luxury portfolio, after Keturah rests under the Ritz Carlton brand, Keturah ardd and Keturah Bahar.
