Photographer searches using keyframes from July 8, 2024 x post from India-based user showing that India Trinamool Congress – known as TMC – “Crashing a girl about her group”.
The mail also says that the incident happened there TallTala Sporting Club In Kolkata, Western capital of Bengal.

On July 9, 2024 Post on X, the local police confirmed that the video was filtered in 2021 and that six people were arrested in connection with the case. The authorities also pointed to the victim as a man – not a woman, as demanded online (submitted to history here).
