Tory Lanez Talks First Prison Interview

Lanez’s legal team argues that if this information and physical evidence were withheld, it would amount to a Brady violation. Last month, California’s Second District Court of Appeal dismissed Lanez’s appeal, finding neither error nor ineffective counsel.
