Another day, one of your attorneys for President Donald Trump is out as US attorney after a Federal Judge ruled his appointment illegal. Habba, 41, was appointed in March to serve a temporary term as US attorney for New Jersey, a powerful post charged with enforcing criminal and civil law.
If only a partner in the small event of New Jersey Law, Habba was among the legal defenders who appear to be legal for Trump during these four years he was out of power, representing in court and appearing frequently in his “legal” affairs.
But he had limited court experience and no experience as a prosecutor, and New Jersey Democratic senators indicated they could block his confirmation in the US Senate.
So, like Halligan, Habba had no experience as a prosecutor before being appointed by Trump as the highest prosecutor in his position. This comes from an administration that has waged a war against diversity, equality and inclusion, de facto delegitimizing hiring and hiring to give black people and women jobs that should go to white men.
Hell, Habba doesn’t even seem smart enough to see that someone can’t quit a job they’ve been legally forced to do. In fact – the idea that got rid of Trump and all his sycophants tied up with maga a long time ago – Habba has been singing, “you can’t get me out. He, and the US Attorney General Pam Bondi, just never willing to accept.

When his name expired in July, a panel of federal judges appointed one of his subordinates to the role instead. But Boni quickly shot that down, blaming Habba’s removal for “political Judges.”
The lower court judge’s finding that Habba was working illegally in the position began a legal legal standoff, relying on confusion and delays within the Jersey Supreme Court system.
Then earlier this month, the Federal Court of Appeals in Philadelphia accepted the example in serving in its role that “the citizens of New Jersey and the loyal employees of that attorney’s office deserve.”
Trump’s critics say he has been exploiting legal loopholes to place unqualified loyalists in jobs that require USEN US certification.
Bondi said the Department will continue to fight to return the court’s decision to Habba, and will return as a US attorney if that appeal is successful. But the attorney general said that the decision “made it unclear that” Haba will stay “with the politics of the judges temporarily stopping the trials that are designed to bring justice.”
“Judges should not be able to face the President’s choice of lawyers who are given the basic responsibility of the criminal prosecution branch,” said Bondi.
These people don’t really think that the laws laid down in the US Constitution apply to them at all. Those justices — all of the many justices who have ruled Trump’s illegal policies since the start of his second term — are immune to political attacks on the President. They follow the law, and his superiors do not exist. That’s really easy.
